1. Definitions and Interpretation

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Registration

To access phbetv Services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and residential address. You agree to update this information promptly if any changes occur. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) phbetv account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited. phbetv employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and any Player found operating multiple accounts will have all such accounts immediately closed, with all balances forfeited and withdrawal requests denied.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbetv account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you shall be liable for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorized third party, you must notify phbetv immediately through our customer support channels. phbetv shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access that occurs due to your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

phbetv is required by Philippine law to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide, upon request, copies of government-issued identification documents (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID card), proof of address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and any other documentation reasonably requested by phbetv to comply with our KYC and anti-money laundering obligations.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, if unresolved, closure of your account with any remaining balance forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

5. Deposits and Account Funding

5.1 Deposit Methods

phbetv accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks), and other payment methods as displayed in the phbetv Cashier. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not registered in your name) are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and your account suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the Cashier at the time of transaction. phbetv reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your phbetv account balance instantly upon successful authorization. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day to process depending on the sending institution. phbetv is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4 Deposit Errors

If you believe a deposit has been incorrectly processed or failed to credit to your account, you must contact phbetv customer support within forty-eight (48) hours of the attempted transaction. Failure to report discrepancies within this timeframe may result in your claim being denied.

6. Withdrawals and Payouts

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own legal name. phbetv does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum single withdrawal amount is Three Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 300.00). Requests below this threshold will be rejected.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

phbetv aims to process all withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) hours for fully verified accounts. However, processing times may be extended up to seventy-two (72) hours during periods of high volume or if additional verification is required. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically completed within one (1) business day after approval; bank transfers may take two (2) to five (5) business days depending on the receiving institution.

6.4 Withdrawal Fees

phbetv does not charge fees for withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond phbetv's control and for which we accept no responsibility.

6.5 Withdrawal Cancellation

phbetv reserves the right to cancel or reverse any withdrawal request if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, collusion, or any other activity that violates these Terms or applicable law. In such cases, the withdrawal will be reversed to your account balance and your account may be suspended pending investigation.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

7.1 Bonus Terms

phbetv may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods, which will be clearly stated in the promotional materials. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus before claiming it.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement specifies the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) on el igible games before a withdrawal can be requested. phbetv reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if we determine that wagering requirements have been manipulated or circumvented.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

phbetv actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes (without limitation) creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit from a bonus, using automated betting systems, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have their accounts suspended, all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and may be permanently banned from the phbetv platform.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the specified validity period will automatically expire and be removed from your account balance without notice. phbetv accepts no liability for expired bonus funds under any circumstances.

8. Gameplay Rules and Integrity

8.1 Game Rules

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, phbetv reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the wagered amount to your account balance. phbetv shall not be liable for any losses or anticipated winnings arising from technical faults outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures on the Player's side.

8.3 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that undermines the integrity of phbetv games or the experience of other Players. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any phbetv game or betting interface;
• Collusion with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;

• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in phbetv's favor;

11. Limitation of Liability

phbetv's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

phbetv collects and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
